The corporate services provided are leveraged through the services provided by the firm and utilises our network of lawyers, stockbrokers and finance providers through traditional banks and credit markets.
The corporate services provided by the firm include;
- Management of the Initial Public Offering process to ASX listing;
- Detailed due diligence of business and company acquisitions via merger and acquisitions;
- Capital and equity raising;
- Business and Company valuation;
The firm also provides outsourcing of the Chief Financial Officer Function (CFO). These services are traditionally provided to small and medium sized ASX listed companies operating in the exploration and mining, investment and alternative energy sectors as well as medium to large private companies. In most cases the CFO function is often combined with the role of Company Secretary which leads to further savings for these companies.
